2018 Özdere Wınter Camp&Tournament

TUBACAMPS 2018 Winter Tournament will start at 08:30 in the morning at Özdere Indoor Sports Hall and will be played until 14:30 in the period with six matches per day in one hour time frame. Match times may vary if it is decided to play a match with teams from other cities staying at the hotel. TUBACAMPS 2018 Winter Tournament matches, one of our solution partners Makar Sportif A.Ş. will be administered by the referees. FerYapı Asya League 2017-2018 season rules will be valid in the matches. At the end of the TUBACAMPS 2018 Winter Tournament, trophies will be given to the winning teams and tournament medals will be given to all athletes.

All inclusive system is valid for 24 hours in our hotel.

A medical staff will be available by the organization to be able to take first action against injuries that may occur in our hotel and during matches. If a doctor is needed in any way, there is a private health center in the center of Özdere (3 km.), a state-owned health center (free of charge) in the center of Gümüldür (9 km.), and a full-fledged state hospital (free of charge) in Selçuk (25 km.). Any health service to be obtained from private health institutions is also paid. The organization is obliged to take the athlete to the nearest health institution in case of any injury or illness during the matches. All expenses incurred in these institutions belong to the athlete’s club or himself. Participating clubs are responsible for all injuries that may occur inside or outside the hotel, other than matches or training. The responsibility of the organization ends with the transfer to the nearest health unit.

All rooms are 48 square meters and consist of 2 bedrooms. It consists of a double bed and a sofa bed in one room, two foldable sofa beds in the other room, plasma TV in both rooms, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. All athletes will be accommodated in Club family rooms in 2 + 2 single beds. Everything has been thought of so that the athletes can spend their camp comfortably in the rooms, all of which have balconies.

Clubs will organize their own Istanbul – Özdere transfers by bus or plane. Transportation and transfer are not included in the camp and tournament price. If there are clubs that prefer to come to Özdere by plane, our organization can assist the clubs in the transfer between Adnan Menderes Airport and Özdere.
