The Purpose Of Our Camp

TUBACAMPS 2019 ASSOS SUMMER CAMP AND TOURNAMENT It is a basketball organization that has been decided to be realized in line with the wishes of our teams that make up the Asian League, and includes both a camp and a tournament, and was brought to life by the Tansel Urcan Basketball Academy. Upon the request, for the first time this season, volleyball teams will participate in our camp along with basketball. In this organization, which will be held for the fifth time this year, 5 years of experience in the Asian League and the knowledge of the coaches and managers of our clubs that make up this league play an important role.

The purpose of our camp and tournament is to help our participating clubs protect their material and moral values, to eliminate the negativities that coaches and club administrators have experienced in other such organizations and to ensure that the athletes and their families who are tired after school have a safe, happy and enjoyable summer camp.

Hotel

Assos Eden Gardens Hotel offers us a different summer camp experience with its 119 rooms, a restaurant serving different tastes, and an outdoor (with slides) pool, with a private blue flag beach area and a total of 119 rooms, located in Ayvacık in the North Aegean region. ASSOS EDEN GARDENS HOTEL, which will serve us for 4 nights and 5 days with an all-inclusive concept in our camp, is 10 km from Assos Antique Port. It is located at a distance of 5 km from Kadırga Bay. located at a distance.

Summer Activities

It is possible to benefit from the activities at the hotel throughout the day as summer activities. Our athletes can benefit from these activities when they find the opportunity from the camp programs.

Tournament

TUBACAMPS 2019 Assos Summer Tournament will start at 08:00 in the morning at the Indoor Sports Hall allocated to our organization and will be played in a one-hour time period until 22:00 in the evening, with 14 matches per day. On the first day of our camp (29.06.2019), the arrival and settlement times of the clubs will be around noon, and the first day will start according to the check-in time that our match or training teams will make to the hotel. The teams participating in the tournament will play matches every day according to the number of teams and their strength, but if the number of teams is high, they will have played 3 matches for 3 days, so there will be no rating and all teams participating in the tournament will be awarded a tournament success cup. The tournament will be played in 4 categories as Junior, Junior, Junior, Junior and Super Junior. TUBACAMPS 2019 Assos Summer Tournament matches, one of our solution partners, Makar Sportif A.Ş. will be administered by the referees. FerYapı Asya league 2018-2019 season rules will be valid in the matches. At the end of the TUBACAMPS 2019 Assos Summer Tournament, participation cups will be given to all teams and tournament medals will be given to all athletes, MVP awards in categories and participation certificates.

Health care

A health kit bag will be kept in the gym by the organization to be used in the first response against the injuries that may occur during the matches. If a doctor is needed in any way, there is Ayvacık State Hospital 14.4 km away and Küçükkuyu Family Health Center 17.1 km away. The health service to be obtained from private health institutions is paid and is the responsibility of the athlete or club. If the athletes have private health insurance, this opportunity will be used. The organization is obliged to take the athlete to the nearest health institution in case of any major injury or illness during the matches. All expenses incurred in these institutions belong to the athlete’s club or himself. Participating clubs are responsible for all injuries and injuries that may occur inside or outside the hotel, excluding matches or training. The responsibility of the organization ends with the transfer to the nearest health unit.

Rooms

All athletes will be accommodated in single beds in standard 3-person or 4-person mini suite rooms. Rooms are cleaned every day by following special hygiene rules due to Covid-19. In 25 m2 rooms, all with balconies and mini terraces, everything has been thought of so that the athletes can spend their camp comfortably. All rooms have hair dryer, mini bar, LCD TV, air conditioning

Transportation & Transfers

The clubs will organize their own transportation and transfers to the camp facility. Transportation and transfer are not included in the camp price. If there are clubs that prefer to come to the camp by plane or bus, the organization can help the clubs in transferring between Airport – Hotel, Istanbul – Hotel.
