Transfer Reception
All guests entering the hotel are welcomed and necessary information about their travel stories is obtained. (Transportation vehicles, hours, waiting times, etc.) All transfer vehicles are cleaned and disinfected with chemical products approved by the Ministry of Health. “Personal Protective Equipment” such as masks, gloves, hand antiseptics and cologne are used by the transfer officers and necessary precautions are taken. Safe distance intervals are shown at the entrances and exits to our hotels, and our guests are directed to safe resting areas during waiting. All our welcoming team will be prepared with masks, visors and gloves in order to protect their own health and the health of our guests at the highest level. All transactions that may require contact during Check-In and Check-Out are carried out in accordance with the safe physical distance rule. Guests are kindly requested to pay the utmost attention to the distances shown. Door keys are hygienically presented to our guests as disinfected and bagged at every new guest entrance. Air conditioning and TV controls will be disinfected and bagged after each exit and will be given at the reception during the new entrance. During the entrance to the facility, our guests are tested for temperature and the Guest Health Declaration Form will be filled in by all people staying in the room. When necessary, it is ensured that our guests are referred to health institutions. Assos Eden Group Hotels teams are available 24/7 to coordinate with local and regional authorities.
Restaurants and Service
As Assos Eden Group Hotels, we have brought new regulations according to the occupancy rate of the hotel and the number of guests in our restaurants. Our restaurant services, from table spacing to production and service speed, are carried out with care and attention as always. In line with our standards that we always apply in terms of food safety, service in our buffets will be provided safely by our service personnel wearing masks and gloves as much as possible. All of our service equipment is washed in dishwashers above 70 degrees. In our restaurants, cutlery, knives and spoons are served hygienically in disposable bags after cleaning. After all the glasses are cleaned in our restaurants, they are served hygienically in disposable bags. In all restaurants and bars, the seating arrangement is arranged to be large, spacious and comfortable in the open air in accordance with social distance.
Pools and Beaches
The general cleaning of the restaurants and the cleaning of tables, chairs, benches, buffets and all other materials and materials are duly carried out at the beginning and end of the service and disinfection processes are carried out. Our beaches and pools have wide usage capacities. Sunbed intervals in the indoor pool, outdoor pool and beaches are set according to the safe physical distance rule. Utmost attention must be paid to the layouts. Beach and pool towels will be given by the staff in return for the towel cards received from our receptions in high-degree washed, cleaned and closed bags. All sun loungers, sun lounger cushions, beach and pool cabins are subjected to routine cleaning and disinfection processes. Since disposable service utensils are generally used in the Pool and Beach area, there are garbage bins at frequent intervals and it is recommended that the guests use these boxes with care.
Hygiene Rules and Measures Regarding Our Employees
Trainings are given to our employees by specialist companies and health teams, and these trainings are constantly repeated. The frequency of cleaning and disinfection has been increased in areas with high hand contact, such as housekeeping areas, common entrances, locker rooms, laundry rooms and staff offices. In addition to the training of housekeeping and hygiene protocols, advanced Covid19 awareness training is given to hotel staff regularly. Transfer vehicles used by employees on their way to and from work are disinfected after each service. Employees wear protective masks during transfers. Before starting work, temperature measurements are made. Employees in places such as housekeeping, cleaning services, food and beverage production areas and dishwashers are provided to use masks and disposable gloves. Common areas of use such as lodging, cafeteria, and canteen within the premises of the employees are frequently carefully cleaned and disinfected with chemical products. Hand sanitizer is available in all common areas used by employees. Within the scope of social distance rules, the placement of all furniture, tables and chairs in the areas used by the employees has been rearranged. It is ensured that the employees act and are informed according to the rules of physical distance between guests and themselves. In possible cases, action plans will be put in place.

Apart from the services and facilities we offer, we meticulously carry out disinfection processes at every point you can see and cannot see. In order for all our guests to have a good holiday, we kindly request you to pay the utmost attention to the personal hygiene rules below. Take care to comply with the social distance plans arranged for you at the hotel without changing them. (table, sunbed, service distances, etc…) Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Cover your mouth and nose with a disposable tissue when coughing or sneezing. If you do not have a tissue, use the inside of your elbow. Avoid close contact, such as shaking hands or hugging. Do not touch your eyes, mouth and nose with your hands. Do not share personal items such as towels. Drink plenty of fluids , eat a balanced diet , pay attention to your sleep patterns . Keep a distance of at least 3-4 steps between you and people who show symptoms of the common cold. If you have cold symptoms, avoid contact with the elderly and those with chronic diseases, and take care to wear a mask.
