The Purpose Of Our Camp

This winter from 21st to 25th of January, we are going to perform our fourth camp & tournament organization by the experience of Feryapi Asya League and Tansel Urcan Basketball Academy coaches and executives. The accumulation of knowledge of our staff performs a very crucial role in this kind of youth organizations and tournaments. Our program includes camp activities and daily tournament challenges.
The purpose of our organization is to put on morale and material support for the development of players and club teams. The main reason for doing this camp is to annihilate previous negative experiences on coaches’ and players’ mind and provide some great memories during the semester time before going back to school.

TUBACAMPS 2019 Antalya Winter Basketball Camp&Tournament will be held in Antalya/Turkey. ‘Antalya’ is a tourist resort in Turkey. It is in southern Turkey along the Mediterranean Sea. Thousands of tourists come every year for sun and beach tourism. İt has a mild winter Mediterranean climate. All the players and coaches will be accommodated at ‘IC Hotels Green Palace’ in Antalya, Kundu. Our Hotel offers you a brand new holiday & camp experience with its special beach embracing the Mediterranean blue, gorgeous gardens, overall 4.000 m² pool space, 429 rooms that are all renovated in 2015, restaurants offering a big variety of tastes, and natural beauties surrounded by pine forests. Hotel is 25 km away from the Antalya city center, and 15 km away from Antalya Airport.

Health care

Organizasyon tarafından spor salonunda, maçlarda meydana gelebilecek yaralanmalara karşı ilk müdahalede kullanılacak sağlık malzeme çantası bulundurulacaktır. Herhangi bir şekilde doktor ihtiyacı olursa Lara’da (11km.) Özel Lara Anadolu Hastanesi, yine Lara’da (11km.) Güzeloba Aile Sağlığı Merkezi, Antalya merkezde ise tam teşekküllü Devlet Hastanesi bulunmaktadır. Özel sağlık kurumlarından alınacak sağlık hizmeti ücretlidir ve sporcu ya da kulübünün sorumluluğundadır. Sporcuların özel sağlık sigortaları var ise bu imkan kullanılacaktır. Organizasyon, maçlar sırasında herhangi büyük bir sakatlık ya da hastalık durumunda sporcuyu en yakın sağlık kurumuna götürmekle yükümlüdür. Bu kurumlarda oluşacak tüm masraflar ise sporcunun kulübüne ya da kendine aittir. Otel içinde ya da dışında maçlar ya da antrenmanlar haricinde oluşabilecek tüm yaralanma ve sakatlıklardan katılımcı kulüpler sorumludur. Organizasyonun sorumluluğu en yakın sağlık birimine transferi ile son bulur.

Rooms

Each participant will accommodate in standart rooms with maximum 3 people or in quad standart rooms with single beds. -All rooms has their own balcony. – 26 m2, internet, bathroom with shower cabin & WC, hair dryer, mini bar, LCD TV, air condition. MEDICAL SERVICE -Our organization will provide medical bag for the minor injuries which may happen during the games. -If needed, there are Private Lara Anadolu Hospital and Guzeloba Family Health Care Center (11 km away from the Hotel). Also there is a General State Hospital in the center of the city. – Provided health service fee from those options will be an extra charge. If participants have their own private insurance, that will be used. -In case of emergency injury or health problem, our organization will be responsible for providing transfer for the participant. -Except tournament games and practises, our organization will not be responsible of injuries which may happen during the camp.

Ulaşım ve Transfer

Clubs will organize their own transportation until they arrive to the Antalya Airport . – From Airport to the hotel our organization will provide the transfer.

Medical Service
