The Purpose Of Our Camp

From 22nd to 26th of January, we are going to perform our camp&tournament organization by 8 years of experience of Feryapi Asya League and Tansel Urcan Basketball Academy coaches and executives. The accumulation of knowledge of our staff performs a very crucial role in this kind of youth organizations and tournaments. Our program includes camp activities and daily tournament challenges.

The purpose of our organization is to put on moral and material support for the development of players and club teams after pandemic period. The main reason for doing this camp is to annihilate previous negative experiences on coaches’ and players’ mind and provide some great memories during the semester time before going back to school.

Hotel

Bolu Koru Hotels SPA & Convention is a 5 star hotel which is 31 km away from the Bolu city center. It has 187 rooms, 14 villas and 450 beds capacity and spread out in 150.000 m2 area surrounded by pine forests. Besides those Bolu Koru Hotels SPA & Convention has 2 grass football pitches, a FIBA standart basketball court, fitness center, restaurants, mini club, sport fields, indoor&outdoor pools, Anatolian Spa & Welness and 3 different meeting rooms. Hotel has hosted numerous professional basketball first league, second league and national teams.

All precautions regarding Covid-19 are taken in the hotel and has ‘Safe Tourism Certificate’

Camps and tournaments

TUBACAMPS 2022 Bolu Winter Camp and Tournament will be played between our participating clubs. In our tournament, our teams will play one match every day. At the end of the tournament, as in all our camps, participation cups will be given to the clubs that do not qualify. On the first day of our camp (22.01.2022), the arrival time of the clubs will be around noon, and the first day matches will start according to the entrance time of our teams to the hotel. Our tournament will be played in three categories as u12, u14 and u16 according to the number of teams of the clubs. An award night will be held at the end of the tournament and camp, All Star matches will be held, participation cups will be given to all clubs, camp medals to all athletes, MVP awards in categories and participation certificates. will be given.

Food & Beverage

Our camp is non-alcoholic all inclusive for the kids. Camp starts on 22.01.2022 with Lunch Time and ends on 26.01.2022 with breakfast.

Health care

Our organization will provide medical bag for the minor injuries which may happen during the games.
If needed, there is Izzet Baysal Training and Research Hospital(6,9 km away from the Hotel).
Provided health service fee from those options will be an extra charge. If participants have their own private insurance, that will be used.
In case of emergency injury or health problem, our organization will be responsible for providing transfer for the participant.
Except tournament games and practises, our organization will not be responsible of injuries which may happen during the camp.

Rooms

All players will be staying in 3 persons standart rooms with single beds.

Everything will be provided for the kids to make their camp period comfortable.
All rooms have hair-dryer, mini bar, coffee set, LCD TV, AC
